Take upon Yourself the Other's Burdens

When we become aware of the great problems in many areas of the third and fourth world which are in the grip of misery and short supply of housing, clothing, work, etc., we begin to understand that these people do not hope, for example, to create a new culture or raise their spirits by prayer. First we must do what we can to relieve their overwhelming burden of suffering.
